At Devina Attire, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, alterations, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, undergarments, and items on sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the item to our address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is incorrect or defective.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued within 5-7 business days via your preferred method (e.g., bank transfer or mobile wallet).
Refunds are not applicable for orders where the item is not returned or is returned in unacceptable condition.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please mention this clearly in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. COD Orders
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will not be returned to a card. Instead, we will request your bank or mobile wallet details for processing approved refunds.
